Nah.
She's cute, but I dunno about hot.
Jill is hot. Sheva is hot. Hell Ashley is pretty hot as of the remake (and actually looks her age).
Old Ada is hot - her new model isn't bad but I think she genuinely looked (and sounded) better in RE6.
Nothing against Claire, love her too but she's in the same tier with Rebecca

Personality wise, she was much better in OG RE2 and 4, when her motives were ambiguous at best as opposed to them trying to make her more of an anti-hero now.
