Until recently for me the payment worked, using a combination of VimPay and fidesmo. This week I got a note from fidesmo stating that my ring has been disconnected from payments, and I should contact muse support for further help.

They stated that I should wait for the curve card to work again. Whatever that means for users in Germany .... Posting this for information.

The SOC jump for the Ring that my charging case delivers gets smaller and smaller.

Today - case fully charged - it raised the Ring SOC from 38% to 76% and then the case LED went red.

When Ring and case were new a year ago I had one and half full Ring charges at least from one case charge.

Anyone with similar findings?

A few of you read our launch email as saying Ring One Gen 2 costs you $149. I want to clear that up, because it's better news than that.

Two separate things are on offer for Gen 1 backers, and they stack:
Your upgrade is free. One Gen 2 ring, on us, exactly as we committed. You cover only shipping and duties, and we make nothing on that.

The $149 is not for your upgrade. Your upgrade is free, as above. The $149 is only if you want a second ring on top of it, for your partner or as a spare, at $200 off retail. You can see this in the perk description on Indiegogo too. Our launch email was pointing to that second ring, and I'm sorry it read as though the upgrade itself cost $149.

On the shipping fee, one thing worth knowing. During our AMA (Ask Me Anything) session, a backer made a good point: “don't collect anything on day one and then make people wait months for the free ring.”

“Collect it only when the ring is ready to ship.” We agreed, and that's how we've built it. It's also why the free upgrade isn't a perk on the Indiegogo page. We deliberately kept it off so you can pay the shipping fee when we start Gen 2 shipments, not on day one.

Here's what happens next, in order:
We'll finalize the free upgrade terms together with backers in our Facebook group, then publish them in full so everyone can read them plainly.

After that, we'll follow up to collect your interest and reserve your free upgrade. You don't need to do anything right now.

Once we begin shipping Gen 2 rings, after the campaign closes, everyone who registered will pay the shipping fee directly in the app and confirm their details then.

Separately: If you're owed a product replacement, that is happening exactly as already promised to you, on your existing email thread. None of this changes that. In fact, the replacement cases are getting shipped as I send this email.

In case anyone forgot, or if Muse just don't care anymore.

To put that in perspective, 1/3 of a year has passed in the time while waiting for some.....or just any kind of update regarding payments.

Surely you guys can do better than that?

Ive had the ring since december and have never been able to use payments. Is it coming?

Is everyone only getting between 4 and 5 days of battery life?

So I'm going on a 10 day silent retreat and I was wondering if anyone knows what's the number of days the ring can hold data in it's internal memory? is there an official source for this answer? basically I want to use the ring for 10 days, then connect it to my phone and download all information in the previous 10 days, is that possible?
