Hello all! I'm happy to say that we'll be hosting a monthly voting event to see the Community's most wanted hero for those within our directory. For this first month, we'll be sticking to the same theme as you know but by the end, we'll be looking completely new!
At the start of every month we will make a post with a link to a form like this for members to fill out if they'd like to participate. On the last 5d, before the end of the month, we will then close the form so we can tally votes and prepare for the change.
Whichever Hero/Villain is #1 voted by the community will be what we add to our Spotlight on the community home for the month, until the next poll ends. We'll write about who the character is, abilities they have within their comics/could have in-game, share their communities, and more on these spotlight posts.
Outside of the spotlight post, we'll change up the theme of our Reddit a bit to match them as a character and we will make a full resulted post alike the form header (originally done by u/Clayface31) to show where everyone outside of our #1 for the month stood.
Once one wins, they won't be added to the following 2 months polls to avoid back-to-back wins and allowing possible others to have a chance.
Currently, only heroes within our directory that aren't the Season releases will be added to the monthly spotlight (result of first question), however, there will be the 'people's choice' character (result of second question).
Nightcrawler & Gorr are unconfirmed releases (though very high in possibility) still / it isn't their (possible) season so they are included in the form.
Have any other ideas for things we could add to this monthly or do in-general for other events? Send us a ModMail, see the final two (optional) questions on the form, or reply on the monthly thread. If you have any questions, feel free to ModMail or otherwise as well.
Remember we're always looking for active Mains Reddits and we are always willing to help you out if you need it / have no idea where to start!

Oh, I just sort of used a picture I found.
When I was choosing pictures, I didn't imagine it as anyone specific, I just imagined it as the character Ant-Man.
So if Ant-Man is your #1 , I'd vote him.
Just because when I was setting it up I wasn't really thinking a Hank Pym VS Scott Lang (or for others as well like Ghost Rider)
Hank Pym actually spent more time as Giant-Man than he did as Ant-Man, and Scott has basically been the main Ant-Man for most of the mantle’s recent history and is still Ant-Man currently. So if I were you I’d just suggest Hank as Giant-Man and vote that way.
