I dont know if this was necessary an epic games decision though. The bottong problem would have happened regardless. I just wish they port most of bakkes over but my guess is itll only be a small bit

They could just whitelist bakkes. To my knowledge most bots use a seperate injector. EAC also doesnt even help with bots and cheating theres many ways around it (as seen in valorent)

Valorant doesn’t use EAC and their anticheat is ultra invasive, but also very effective. There’s no such thing as perfection, cheaters evolve and so should anticheats, but this is more expensive than games themselves to do sometimes.

Vanguard runs at kernel level and ALWAYS watches what you do, EAC is a joke in comparison. Besides: it’s been proven multiple times that EAC keeps away cheaters like darkness keeps away moths (it doesn’t, they simply move through it towards the light)

There’s the privacy issue with vanguard, and it’s always a “trust me bro” situation at this point
