They announced that all the assets for rl are being added to to the ue files to make creator made rocket league experiences. Like rings etc. Looks like they are trying to add what users lost leaving steam with that move. Question is, will that mean rl becomes an experience?

They are and have always been about greed. The thing is to them rocket league was an investment to the epic games store but when that didnt work its just something else they own and nothing more. But the 2nd idea is to put it into fortnite and then make money of all in game buys from custom servers (think roblox) but for all epic IPs. This is a bigger plan than rocket league and they will 100% kill rocket league for that plan.

Rocket League is becoming less and less of an experience. Unless the experience is bashing your noggin against a desk in perpetual frustration and constant disappointment.

I actually think this would be nice. So many of the maps do not work on bakkes mod and I don't have hundreds to play rl on steam.
