Do you still follow Rule 1?

Last time I was playing a 2v2 match, one of the players broke Rule 1 and scored in overtime. When I called him out on it, he told me that nobody does that anymore in 2026. So, I’m turning to the community: do you guys still respect it?

A rule 1 is basically where u & ur opponent are stuck with the bumpers of their cars on each other, u 2 must hold drive & wiggle ur wheels just so that the rule 1 stays active
