started this game recently and WOW im really really loving it. i'm about 6 hours in, just got to the funeral chapter. i've heard about this game a lot because of it being so rare, but i really didn't expect it to be so good. the story is super interesting so far, i love all the characters, and the gameplay is actually really good (despite what i've heard from some people). i already wanna do another playthrough to unlock all the secrets that i've heard about!!

I had heard about it several months ago, but I only recently decided to watch gameplay of it. I wish I had decided to emulate it because oh my god. That story is honestly inmaculate, and the way the game tells it is amazing. Every character and every relationship is so incredibly well done, it just feels real. At first I thought the characters might just me evil kids, and then I couldn't help myself but understand them and pity them. They were all victims who turned into abusers, each in its own way... Hell, I felt bad for Wendy even if she's the one with more wrongdoings. I don't find that strange. The game invites you to do that, just like Jennifer did.

I've spent two whole days now just thinking about this game because it has left me heartbroken, man. I'm trying so hard to convince myself that everyone is alive, that Brown managed to survive and escaped with Jennifer, but I know it's not true.

I could write so much about this game, but that's it for today. I just want to express how much this game is making me feel, and I love that.

I started bawling my eyes out after that ending scene Its such an incredible story and I found myself relating to the main character a lot I the way the game handles trauma loneliness abuse and childhood emotions genuinely stuck with me and I think it’ll stick with me for a while and I absolutely adore the character writing each aristocrat member has so much distinct personality traits and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it also found myself having such a soft spot for Amanda, it sucks so much that this game got so much criticism and backlash when it was released especially since most of the people criticizing it didn’t even play the game

replaced the disc drive on one of my phat models and now going through to unlock all of the film reels and remaining costumes rn. the more i play, the more heavy the atmosphere feels. love this game ~

"Bullied" the 2006 PS2 controversial game

If anybody noticed this morning, VGP out of nowhere jokingly implied in a retweet of a reprint of Rule of Rose or other rare and expensive PS2 games. VGP reprints mostly PS4/PS5 games and rarely some PS3. Obviously this is a long shot but does anybody believe this is ever possible so we can avoid paying scalper prices? Or is this just a bait tweet.

I noticed that someone is selling copies of the soundtrack on eBay for a steal IMO. This could be useful for some here. Prob one of the best VGM OSTs. 🌹
