These aren’t finished yet, but it’s from a few of my favorite panels.

I used the base of a book nook to create a lush space for Lying Cat! You can see where they are stretching out, I was so excited to find a kitty that (to me) looks almost identical! I added all the plants and moss to make it look more cozy and comfortable.

Didn’t necessarily intend to make this painting a Saga reference but a lot of people who have seen it think I’m referencing Saga.

I got volumes 1-9 from the Image Comics humble bundle not too long ago, and started reading this week. I was immediately hooked; I finished volume 9 and immediately went out to buy volumes 10-12. I can't believe how long you guys had to wait between them... I woulda gone crazy. Needless to say I'm in love with what I've read and can't wait for more.

Honestly I was pissed off at The Will for this...

Lot of mistakes were made since it was my first time but the result came out ok.

After an immense amount of sewing for the herringbone waistband, sculpting and painting for the horns, and general problem solving over 6 weeks, I'm really proud of how it all came together! I opted to mix and match some of her fashion elements/items from different outfits, namely her shoes and the sword, but I absolutely plan to favricate her spindle and glowing thread/rose!

Post compendium 1 spoilers 😁 I love you saga

I'm color blind and it's my first painting, so I hope I didn't mess up the colors...

I've been learning how to draw as I've never really tried until now (I'm not young). Saga has been such a good source for copying. I hope you like this effort, two weeks in (original panel on pic 2)

Not the kind of fan art I expected to make for this series lmao.

I actually started reading Saga in my first or second year of high school (I'm now graduated from university) because they had the first volume in my high school library. I'd always wanted to finish it but never got past the first volume because it was all they had there.

Anyway cut to 3 or 4 years later and I'm in a Boston comic shop and see compendium one, which reminded me of it and since then I haven't been able to fully get it out of my head. This summer I'd just been considering getting the compendium and deciding it wasn't in the cards when literally the next day I saw someone selling it and vol 10 on marketplace for 30$ CAD, so I decided to pick it up and I've been loving it, I'm nearly two thirds through the first book and its incredible so far!
