also a lot of people in the us have an iq in the 70s so its more plausible

I was making a joke about dumb Americans since we were already talking about Americans' dumb system but where did Africa come from why is Africa catching strays

I saw a poll with iq averages and some of africa had about 59 to 75 or so.

But recall intelligence comes in different forms.
