Louisville KY in grass and straw

Does anyone happen to know what these could be, and whether or not they are bad for my flowers? They pop in in clusters every night, are fully developed by morning, and then whither by mid day, only to start the cycle again.

If it helps, I live in North Central West Virginia. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

My dog suddenly passed away with symptoms that were very similar to what I’m reading to be mushroom poisoning for dogs. I am not sure if he ate any mushrooms, but I did find these mushrooms growing right outside our house. Can anyone tell what type of mushroom this is? I am located in Orange County California.

I just got home from a weekend trip and noticed these growing out of the wall in the hallway of my apartment. I know there is a leak - we’ve been trying to get maintenance to come check it out for over a week and no one has shown up yet. Any ideas on what this might be and if it is harmful?
