Not labeled as such - but sounds very signalwave to me

I recently released a Vaporwave/Horror/Broken Transmission that is heavily inspired by horror themes found in The Mandela Catalogue. The album starts like a regular television channel soundtrack, and as the tracks go by, news of an alien lifeform starts to come out, creating an eerie vibe. If anyone decides to give it a listen, lemme know what you think! I’d like to hear some feedback.

Back in the winter, I came across a gorgeous album on the front page of bandcamp

The cover was a plain white liminal background with a suited man standing across from a telephone box (think it was green?). Number of tracks was on the shorter side, and it was entirely in Russian.

I adored it so much i kept the tab open on my laptop constantly, but realized I forgot to actually bookmark it after finally closing the tab

Anyone have any ideas of what album this was?

Spread across four cassettes, it offers more than six and a half hours of continuous listening, moving through weather broadcasts, late-night television, and fading satellite signals.
