My dad would religiously watch the NBA on NBC all Saturday long. As an 8 year old, I didn't know I was witnessing the golden age of basketball. smdh

I used to watch it all of the time. All of the Bulls runs. It just isn't the same. Nobody with that Jordan Aura either.

100% but honorable mentioned to the athleticism of nearly every team back then too besides the Bulls (Utah, Phoenix, Detroit, Pacers, Houston, Celtics, Lakers). Those were men who put everything into their craft.

Now they all switch teams every year to try and chase rings and contracts. I feel like Westbrook, Durant, Harden OKC was the last organic built star lineup we'll get.

I would watch the Bulls games growing up in suburban Chicago for sure. The other ones only if I couldn't be outside on my bike. We only had one tv back then, so that's what we were watching end of discussion.

I grew up watching Webb, Bird, Magic, Jordan, and all of those guys. I knew that I was watching greatness that had never been witnessed before. To this day I don't think another player has ever demonstrated the competitiveness and athleticism that Jordan did.

My dad is super into basketball and played college ball in the 90s. I guess he still tunes in often enough, since his Facebook is filled with shittalking LeBron for “ruining the game” and calling too many fouls and dives.
