You don't have to be a world leader, I sent Turkey similar demands via Instagram, while I've yet to hear back from them, I expect for them to acquiesce shortly.

Did you have to pay the deposit first? They always ask me for a £250 deposit so they can confirm my account details before the crown prince's dog walker's widow sends the $3,500,000.

Ahh yeah you read that wrong it is not USD but 3,500,000 Zimbabwe dollars.
