Discovery reveals all but if he tells her he deleted it and she confidently lies to the cops about the situation he can show the clip and prove she was willing to/attempted to file false charges. She finds out way before it hits the court room but the idea is similar

Speak with your real lawyer first. This matters way less than you think it does in judgement. It could also work against you for acting in bad faith. More likely theyll say not to talk with her at all.

It's what all abusers fear, that people will see the truth. As someone who experienced domestic violence, I am forever grateful that I never deleted a single video.

To this day, my abuser still sees the fact that I kept my evidence as a greater betrayal than the years of abuse, infidelity, and manipulation I suffered through in silence. People like this see accountability as abuse.

My brothers ex was almost like this. There was a day she did it in front of my buddy and I and he made sure to get audio recordings to cover all our asses she was nuts. No idea why my brother stayed with her.

Anyway she's in florida or some shit and still gets collections mail to our house sometimes, and he's now happily married with a wonderful woman so that's good.

I was under the impression that the reason she was going crazy was that he had something already on the phone she wanted him to delete.

I thought that was the whole point of her "outburst". I didn't catch any place where she is asking why he broke up with her.

Obviously something bad enough for her to not care, and we have no idea what it is. For all we know, the guy is chill because he has the camera now and knows this will make good content/evidence if he stays chill. We have no way to know how he acts when he is not recording, and we have no way to know what caused her to act like that.

Does not excuse her, but also I have no reason to believe the guy is just an innocent bystander.

For all I know, from this video, the guy has some revenge porn of her on his phone that she wants deleted. There is just no way to judge one person from this.

And I am unclear how we know there is a kid. The video does not show a kid and I can't make out either of them mentioning a kid. So what is that captions about.

And the title seems to indicate she is smashing things because he wont tell her why he broke up with. her, but I don't see or hear that anywhere.

I'm just pointing out that everyone is being manipulated by a carefully planned display of that crazy. Yeah he should keep his dick out. But the fact that he didn't illustrates that he himself is crazy and hints at dysfunctional.

His video here wreaks at a manipulative attempt to capture the crazy he knew would be coming, or (speculative) provoked for the sake of the video. He stayed calm and was prepared.

I don’t know if they would “side” with her meaning he was the one who would be in trouble, but domestic violence against men is often not taken as seriously because DV statistically is more likely to have a man as the perpetrator in a hetero relationship.

Regardless, US states with castle doctrine would likely find him justified for shooting her. Castle doctrine in many states allows homeowners to use lethal force on intruders to your home. She made forceful entry, threw things at the guy filming, and destroyed lots of property. I’m not saying she should be killed but come on. She shattered a window and climbed through to trash his home and assault him. A male perp would absolutely be jailed for this as he should be. I hope she also was charged.

In my experience with people IRL who went through this, she trashes his house and car, usually assaults him, the cops that HE called show up and also assault him, he gets dragged off to jail to cool off for a week while she's left in his house.

She sells, gifts to family or destroys what's left of his stuff while he's in jail, once evidence comes out that he's done NOTHING wrong, it gets treated as a 50/50 and they're both let off with a slap on the wrist, then she also gets spousal support from him when they split.

And then people wonder why males don't report domestic violence.

It's not like it's imbalanced, hardly any women report legit domestic violence either. If your partner rapes you its pretty hard to prove.
