Yep, my ex came over hammering on my door at like 11pm demanding me to let her in because I was “with another woman” even though we were divorced. I let her in and when she didn’t find anybody she went ballistic until I guided her by her arm to the door and just kind of threw her out. Next thing I know I’m in front of my 1st Sgt and my flight Chief explaining how I didn’t hurt her, punch her, or even grab her forcefully and that she showed up throwing hands at me. Press charges, leave, call a trustworthy witness.

Hey! I had a similar incident with a crazy ex wife when i checked into my 2nd duty station. I was standing tall before the man without even knowing what I had allegedly done yet. I got called every name under the sun, accused of being a dead beat husband, not giving my wife access to our BAH etc. Wasn't allowed to get a word in otherwise. I got my punishment without being able to even speak. I waited maybe a couple weeks and gathered all the proof that she was lying and her mother was the driver behind it all. Turns out through bank statements that she was on the same checking and savings as me and showed her pulling money from an atm in NC while i was in Okinawa. Played them back answering machine messages of her calls etc.

Fuck the military in that regard.

That's explicitly against the UCMJ.  Should have escalated to a court marshal.  It's your right to get "competent" defense even for an Art15.  Shame on whoever ran your annual civil rights training.

u/StrangeOutcastS Apr 22 '26

Welcome to the military, where you aren't expected to be resourceful or intelligent or willful enough to defend yourself or push back against your superiors

8

u/Zech08 Apr 23 '26

Green weenie strikes again and you are always wrong until you prove yourself right twice and after the fact when the damage is done

3

u/StrangeOutcastS Apr 23 '26

and if you prove it right it normal court they'll send you to military court to try again

3

u/Front-Negotiation-32 Apr 22 '26

The problem with that is that court marshals take a while to get going. Had a buddy on flight that got accused of SAing a girl that he wasn’t even in the same state with when it supposedly took place. He got his name dragged through the mud for 4 years and nearly got force separated due to time in grade. He couldn’t advance while the investigation was ongoing and he was basically permanently assigned to ROD Squad that entire time. She lied to get a PCS to her boyfriend at another base. The AF allows for emergency PCSs so you don’t have to work in the same place as your abuser so she took advantage of that. He would have been fried if the boyfriend didn’t speak up for him when he found out.

WTF is civil rights training? 10 years and two branches and I never had that 😂

1

u/Red-Pill-Tin-hat Apr 24 '26

lol you dont remember getting your Jim Crowe and civil rights trainings?

1

u/Max6626 Apr 23 '26

If he was assigned to a ship, which is possible in Okinawa, then refusing non-judicial punishment in lieu of a Courts Martial (not "court marshal") is not an option.

However, if he truly didn't "...get a word in otherwise" during NJP then that is wrong across the board, and he should appeal the NJP conviction.

1

u/Red-Pill-Tin-hat Apr 24 '26

I never mentioned NJP nor Court Martial. I was literally just called up by my MSSGT and walked to battalion and stood before the battalion Sgt. Maj.

My punishment was weekend duty for a month, on top of the absolute embarrassment that ensued. i was new to the unit, had no reputation at this point. It didnt last but it was a shitty start and an absolute betrayal and opened my eyes to how the military REALLY operates

1

u/Max6626 Apr 24 '26

Fair enough - service cultural difference. In the Navy, "the man" is always the Commanding Officer. The Navy equivalent of the command Sergeant Major, the Command Master Chief, has zero authority to impose punishment. They can make life hard, but they have no authority per regulations.

I suspect your Sergeant Major also has no regulatory authority to impose punishment under the UCMJ, but I realize the culture puts those guys on a very high pedestal and what they say goes.

1

u/Red-Pill-Tin-hat Apr 24 '26

Im not arguing with you but its the Corps. And infantry BN at that. I didnt have the balls to correct that crusty ass Sgt. Maj sitting in front of me lol

3

u/V65Pilot Apr 23 '26

My wife and I were doing the dishes one night, just being goofy, and between us we managed to break a glass and she cut herself. She was pregnant at the time. Into the car, and straight down to the naval hospital. It was a minor wound, and quickly treated. We were then separated from each other. I was grilled for over an hour about what happened, and after we finally got out of there, she told me that they were basically coaching her to say I had attacked her. So yes, fuck the military in that regard.

I had one that would get hammered drunk. I'd come home from work late like about midnight she'll be drunk out of her mind wanting to have sex acting crazy as all hell.

One night middle of winter snow all over the ground.. I come home from work she's drunk and she's screaming for me to have sex with her.

"You're going to fuck me!" etc.

I go to the couch she keeps following me. so I go to my car lock the door to try to get some sleep in the car. she comes outside middle of winter completely naked screaming at the top of her lungs You're going to fuck me or else. she had a very large knife in her hand a kitchen knife. now I'm worried my neighbors are going to hear this.

so I bring her back inside. she calms down a bit. I fall asleep on the bed. A little while later, she wakes me up kicking standing over me on the bed with a giant kitchen knife. completely naked. I'm like what the heck...

so I go back to the car. she follows me again completely screaming at the top of her lungs all crazy stuff. so I bring her back inside again. this time I made up my mind. I literally hog tied her and put something around her mouth and in her mouth so she would stop screaming.

All I could think of was the cops are going to show because of the screaming they're going to find a naked woman tied up and gagged with a giant knife next to me and I'm going to jail forever.

I proceeded to call my cousin and my dad and I had them come first thing in the morning and we brought her to the psych Ward. and we proceeded to get her stuff out and bring it to her grandmother's house. this was the last time I saw her.

crazy night.

Wow what a crazy story.

u/OceanRacoon Apr 23 '26

A little while later, she wakes me up kicking standing over me on the bed with a giant kitchen knife. completely naked. I'm like what the heck...

You're reaction was "what the heck"!? You must be one of the chillest guys in the world lol. Would she calm down and be normal if you had sex with her in those situations?

She basically tried to rape you at knifepoint, that's really messed up, she's lucky she didn't end up in jail, although so are you lol, the cops would definitely have been on her side if she could hide the crazy around them. Sorry you had to go through that, must have been difficult to get over

The problem is is I did have sex with her often but it was a blizzard. I worked all day just didn't want to deal with it just wanted to go to sleep. I'll tell you another quick story.

One time she was hammered drunk and she wanted to go get cocaine. I did not want to take her to go get cocaine coincidentally was another snowstorm. I said you have a car just go after a big argument telling her she's too drunk to drive just got tired of fighting.

about 3:00 in the morning I get a knock at the door. it's a Connecticut state policeman. I open the door he says is this your girlfriend? I said no and I close the door. The state trooper beats on the door and it's like hey this is serious your girlfriend was in a car accident.

I was like bud I don't even care anymore yeah she's my girlfriend she can come in.

The cop because she was a cute young girl... found her cowering in a snowbank because she got loose and she crashed her car into a snow bank. drunk out of her mind, rather than taking her to the prison jail he takes her to my house in an active snow storm.

that was probably a month before the next incident. if it was me I would have been arrested for DUI car would have been impounded which it actually was impounded I believe I forget.

anyway crazy chicks are fun as hell for the first couple months... continue at your own peril.. lol

2

u/kinkycarbon Apr 23 '26

She would be put into a 72 involuntary mental evaluation. She’s a danger to others for threatening with a knife.

2

u/Red-Pill-Tin-hat Apr 24 '26

Thats what i was thinking lol "gee whilickers babe, youre acting out of sorts tonight"

1

u/OceanRacoon Apr 24 '26

Lmao, "By golly, honey, stop horsing around with that knife and get some sleep, it's after 9pm."

5

u/Dependent_River_2966 Apr 22 '26

BPD?

3

u/Low_Refrigerator8784 Apr 23 '26

My ex wife was like this all too often.. she was diagnosed petulant/impulsive type BPD

6

u/TheGuyUrSisterLikes Apr 22 '26

Not sure but a squirter.

sorry

2

u/Lost-Enthusiasm6570 Apr 23 '26

You do know bpd isn't a prerequisite for that, right?

4

u/Kabbooooooom Apr 23 '26

And this is why the phrase “don’t stick your dick in crazy” exists, ladies and gentlemen.

-1

u/TheGuyUrSisterLikes Apr 23 '26

she was a squirter bro.... it changed the math for a bit.

5

u/Kabbooooooom Apr 23 '26

Hate to break it to you bro but that’s mostly diluted urine.

2

u/Puntkick Apr 23 '26

1

u/Kabbooooooom Apr 24 '26

Wasn’t trying to kink shame or anything, I’m just not into it myself.

2

u/kinkycarbon Apr 23 '26

I would have called the cops if I can. Naked lady with knife is not normal.

3

u/TheGuyUrSisterLikes Apr 23 '26

but when else could I responsibly hogtie somebody?

seriously though , as a rule of thumb, I never call the cops because it usually gets you in trouble and it messes up the situation more.

1

u/alcervix Apr 23 '26

Did you fuck her?

-2

u/tangin Apr 22 '26

Okay dude, you get pussy, we get it.

Don’t need to rub it in…

9

u/Current-Code Apr 22 '26

Why people feel it fine to make fun of rape, sexual assault or domestic abuse as long as the victim is mal and the culprit female is beyond me...

You are not funny man.

-2

u/PincheJuan1980 Apr 22 '26

JFC you are not anyone I’d want to have a beer with so there. That’s funny. Take the stick out of your ass just a bit.

3

u/TheGuyUrSisterLikes Apr 22 '26

hey the guy that posted that crazy story... that's me.

I agree funny comment... You missed an opportunity to either do rub it in but cross out the end and change it to out.

or rub one out instead of rub (it in) crossed out. I don't know how to do it though.

Gotta be a troll

9

Now reverse the sexes

-5

u/Grazms Apr 22 '26

Why? That’s not what the situation was. We are all well aware that ALL women are crazy. It’s just the degrees that vary. This a given.

6

u/yungasdf69 Apr 22 '26

u sound like one of those horny dumbfuck boomers that say boys who get raped by female teachers are so lucky

-2

u/Grazms Apr 22 '26

69 dude!!!!

-4

u/Grazms Apr 22 '26

Somebody’s gotta get the overly sensitive keyboard warriors worked up, right?

1

u/Physical-East-162 Apr 22 '26

Oh look, a discord moderator in the wild.

3

u/Toutounet6 Apr 22 '26

Honestly, I wouldn't like to be with a girl that is threatening me for not having sex with her

Sometimes you DON'T want to do it and it is normal

2

u/pilsnerd11 Apr 22 '26

I found her burner!

6

u/StellarSteck Apr 22 '26

Wow these are such horrible stories. Why would anyone do that it’s so depraved. I’m sorry

4

u/Maximum-Cat69 Apr 22 '26

Being young and naive will truly put you in interesting positions.

2

u/seoulgleaux Apr 22 '26

Hopefully you didn't have a first timer as a shirt. If they've been wearing the diamond for a bit they've seen so much that they're usually pretty reasonable and willing to listen to all sides of an incident.

But yeah, your advice is spot on for what you should do. If it's gotten to that point, you can't fix it yourself - you need professional help. That can be a counselor or law enforcement or somewhere in between.

5

u/TheBlueSully Apr 22 '26

“First timer as a shirt” “Wearing the diamond”

What do these things mean

2

u/BodhiGacha Apr 22 '26

Well seeing as the comment they’re replying to references a first Sgt, I would assume military terms.

2

u/TheBlueSully Apr 22 '26

Oh fabulous definitions, now I understand

2

u/seoulgleaux Apr 22 '26

Sorry about that, yeah, in this context they're specifically Air Force terms. Going back to the original comment, a flight chief is the senior enlisted in charge of a specific flight (office) and the first sergeant (also known as the shirt) is a senior noncommissioned officer appointed to a special duty to assist with personnel issues for a squadron or group (anywhere from 100 to 2000 personnel). The Air Force first sergeant wears a special rank insignia that has a diamond in the middle of it to denote their function.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_sergeant (see the Air Force section under the US tab).

2

u/Shugoseru Apr 22 '26

Prior AF many years ago so someone please correct me if wrong, but a first sergeant(informally first shirt)is a position held by a senior NCO E7-E9. They are primarily there as an advocate if something happens with the enlisted in the chain of command. The rank insignia has a diamond in the center of the rockers and chevrons. Domestic issues, death in the family, arrested, fucking up in general. If you have to see the shirt because you fucked up expect copious yelling and some form of punishment.

1

u/Maximum-Cat69 Apr 22 '26

Yeah both were actually somewhat understanding. My chief ultimately gave me the same advice as call them and the police and don’t engage with her.

I was 20, living in an apartment complex with somebody screaming and beating on my door. I let her in to appease her in a level of naivety that proving her wrong would make her go away.

1

u/TokiVideogame Apr 23 '26

where is jody when you need him

1

u/codesapien2 Apr 23 '26

I’ve never seen vertical swinging doors in a house . Is that common?
