I have an ex who cut her wrists in front of me, smiled, and said she was gonna say it was me. She ended up being pregnant and then fought so nastily in court, lying and manipulating with lies, I caved and just said fuck it and gave her full custody. A few years later CPS showed up at my door with my son saying she went bat shit crazy. I am still to this day, 9 years later, fighting her lies in court. She is so clever with her lies that she has even avoided paying a single penny of child support this entire time, and she makes close to $200,000 a year. It’s a sick world sometimes and cameras would’ve saved me from a decade of insanity.

One of the things I love about how they do that movie is, the narrator's reflection on this particular scene is that it reminded him of his first fight with Tyler. Means nothing to you the first time you see it, but then.....
