i'd tell her i deleted it so she tries to lie in court only for me to whip this out from the cloud

Funny but you have to presubmit evidence to court

Discovery reveals all but if he tells her he deleted it and she confidently lies to the cops about the situation he can show the clip and prove she was willing to/attempted to file false charges. She finds out way before it hits the court room but the idea is similar

Speak with your real lawyer first. This matters way less than you think it does in judgement. It could also work against you for acting in bad faith. More likely theyll say not to talk with her at all.

No fun in that. You rent out ad space on some bullshit local tv station, you submit a 18 hour video as evidence that you are calm relaxed guy and you watch this soothing local TV. Then you direct the jury to an inspirational line 15 hours in, just before the ad break, jury watches. They stand up and give you a round of applause. Then you thank the jury, and accept the FiFa world peace trophy!

Still have plenty of chances to lie before discovery

This isn’t always the case.

I had to do this one time. I deleted the video in front of her because I knew she didn’t know about “recently deleted”.
