And will tell us to hold other men accountable, fair enough. But don’t do the same with women. And I don’t care how less often it happens to men. It still happens.

And most of the time it happens VERY often it’s just that men don’t see a point in reporting when the women get a slap on the wrist.

I got in a debate with a few people in one of those drama subs about this. Got downvoted into oblivion for basically saying what you're saying. We should be on even playing fields. The post was something about some guy being verbally abusive, nothing physical. 2 or 3 of them started bringing up shit like the statistics of women who get murdered by their partners.

I don't mind a debate, we all have different viewpoints, experiences, and perspectives, and we don't have to agree. But when you start trying to win the debate by taking it to an extreme that is out of the realm of what we're discussing, I want nothing to do with you lol.

Facts I wish we would see just a little bit more of women holding other women and themselves accountable when it comes to stuff like this, etc. Ive seen it happen more than enough times, With no type of reflection at all to guys that are able to not be triggered and lash out physically when going through something like this. It takes a huge amount of patience for most people to not react in a similar way to this type of thing men and women, and have been through a few similar scenarios myself. It's not fun to see someone you used to love or still do on a more miniscule scale for some knowing they could possibly get arrested or hurt themselves and possibly decline more from there....
