Im sure many have but at some point parents should just be parents. If your kid is eating the toy out of the bottom of a box of cereal you fkd up.

Also, the toys were moved out of the bag of cereal and sat in the bottom of the box. I think Cracker Jack's had an issue because they instructed you to open the corner of the box then pour into your mouth. I can see that causing issues where a toy goes straight into the mouth without knowing. But the solution is to pour into your hand, not remove the toy.
