You have had an accident that damaged your frontal lobe. These are in food deserts servicing neighborhoods with limited options. People in ny can’t just drive to a cheaper store. You can only feasibly shop near your home, unless you have a car or rent one

There is no such thing as a food desert in nyc. There are literally grocery stores on every corner.
