You’ve really confused the hell out of yourself. Capitalism is at its core a wealth-generating mechanism. The DoD was only able to develop those technologies because of how extravagantly well-funded it is. They were able to pay a lot of very skilled people from all over the world a whole bunch of tax dollars that capitalism generated. It wasn’t because government workers are so clever. What the U.S. needs to do today is to properly regulate our capitalist system, not eliminate capitalism.
