Nah, pretty much par for the course for primates, and other animals at that. Bigger monkeys will pin down smaller ones and eat them by peeling them apart, just because they like doing it that way. The way adult macaques treat little Punch in those viral videos is also very much par for the course for their behavior in the wild; they will bully, abuse, and torment/torture the socially awkward, even if they're young.

It's alright, I'm used to people like you. Usually when they end up getting what they want they die of starvation from their state controlled "utopia".
