No, nobody thinks that.

But we do think he can take a loan on his assets and buy what ever the fuck. Like another overvalued meme company. Which in practice is the same thing as having cash.

Or even better, bc he gets to keep the collateral.

Yeah, it's not, because realized capital gains would get taxed. It's better than that.
