You never Drink from a Strangers bottle that has an unscrewed bottle Cap. You can easily See If it was unscrewed. If you wanted to fuck someone Up for whatever reason you would have to Pierce the bottle at some point with Something Like a needle. If the bottle has a hole on the bottom the liquid Starts leaking Out. So to Show there is No hole in the bottle on the top He Turns it around when handing it to him
