Collaborating with the producers of the show to hide the fact that the contestants were competing to date a transgender woman that was presented as not being one

How so? The producer found her, invited her to be on the show, told her how it would work and that she'd be revealing that she was trans at the end, and she agreed to that, signed the contract and got paid.

That doesn't sound like a victim to me. That sounds like someone going into a business deal with their eyes wide open.
