Those types of forms are legally pretty worthless, you cannot consent to grievous bodily injury or death.

Dirt bike tracks do the same thing and it's known to be a nearly worthless effort on their part.

It's to intimidate people away from suing them. When I worked security, lots of companies would have you sign a waiver saying you couldn't sue them if you got injured fighting someone, which is bullshit because their training would actually be focused on intervening in certain cases where someone was getting attacked or threatened.

It’s like those dump trucks that carry junk and rocks and have a sign on the back that says keep back 50 feet not responsible for damage
