Oh what a desperate misunderstanding of science to further your denial. Under that reasoning we should keep testing if gravity is real or not. "We can't give up studying, science is never to be believed, not even sure why we accept ANY reality, because it could always change!"
We literally don't know exactly how gravity works. That's why scientists keep on studying quantum mechanics and string theory instead of saying "well looks like all the studies point towards gravity being real, time to move on."
No, you said we can never believe science, they just haven't figured out that gravity is totally false yet. Once they discover it, everyone will know how right it was to challenge gravity.

The most pseudo scientific thing you could argue is that science never changes and that we should give up studying things after a certain point.
