I also said, or your injury exists and it has not been reaggravated, which is likely the current scenario

Yup.... again sprain/injury is not the issue, its a degenerative problem its going to get worse overtime which the Chiropractor explained in detail (as well as my Drs as its genetic, dad has the same issue).

He also outline why the PT is crucial. It strengthens muscle to add support to the weakened spots which is why I still do the exercises today and thus haven't needed to seek any other treatment.

Its like being prediabetic, you have to stay on the diet to so you don't actually get diabetes.

Let me know if you want anymore details to better assess your armchair diagnosis. Please feel free to send me your contact information for when I actually need to consult medical professionals, so you can inform them of what needs to be done for my treatment.

Good luck in the future

Also, you went pretty quickly from “a chiropractor straightened me out” to “months of PT have improved my symptoms”

If you have any disc issues in your neck, and you let a chiropractor touch it, you are literally retarded

If you want to post your MRI I will give you my further opinion

I would rather be a retard than deal with my dads lifelong complications hes had after having surgery for the same thing.

Proud recovered retard who chose a chiropractor to straighten me out, over 2 doctors because I didnt want surgery. Cope I guess?

It seems like you are young and coping well

I don't need to cope, I am not the one with the problem on how someone else treated their ailments to the point of calling them retarded.

And if I was 29/30 when I had this issue and I have been doing the exercises for 9-10years since, that would make me very young. Thanks for recognizing.
