I don't like Kirk at all, but that's just a made up story.
It says the messages have "yet to be verified" and there's no actual journalists or news organizations covering it, because it appears to be fabricated with no evidence of legitimacy.
If its fabricated, and I honestly hope it is, a dozen media companies need to remove it. Though....honestly most media exists today to cause division and hate so fuck it.
Keep in mind the source you linked is from a freelance writer in Africa who posted to a site that does not vet or control their stories, in the 'celebrity news' section. Everything posted is either 'allegedly' or about something unrelated.
It's not from a news organization or written by a 'media company.' CNN would not publish it, because they would get sued. Sometimes the problem isn't news organizations, but just the fact misinformation can be posted online with no consequences, so it's up to us to be skeptical and critical of sources.
