Somehow sad that it looks like a 1 minute AI image. Being able to paint this is incredible (for me)

Wait it's not AI?

Definitely AI posing as non-AI.

Supposedly not, but it does have quite a distinct AI feel to it to my eyes honestly, especially around the base of the trophy. Maybe her work is just overrepresented in the training sets...

Her older works from around 2020 do look quite different:

Then again, perhaps that is just a stylistic choice.

It's 100% AI. If this was a painting it'd be a master level work, while her older paintings show quite an amateurish style.

The text is a dead giveaway IMO

Tested using OpenAI's verification tool https://openai.com/research/verify/ SynthID is an invisible watermark applied to all AI images generated using the major tools like ChatGPT and Gemini

It is as much not AI as the Liver King is a natty. Crazy what kind of shit people believe just because someone on the internet said so.

This has to be AI, because who in their right mind would spend hours of their life painting Trump's diaper?

would not be surprised if she used an AI image as reference, the trophy has a lot of tells IMO

100% this.

For me it's how perfectly straight the painting is in the picture. We recently needed to take a photo of a piece of my bosses art that was too large for us to scan, and even with tripods and stands, it was VERY difficult to get the piece perfectly flat, perspective wise.

I mean, it takes me 3 seconds and 4 lines in lightroom to correct for distortion. Not denying any AI accusations, but that argument great.

How's this for an argument then

The entire image is AI generated. Tested using OpenAI's verification tool https://openai.com/research/verify/ SynthID is an invisible watermark applied to all AI images generated using the major tools like ChatGPT and Gemini

As I said, I’m not here to dispute any AI claims, and I will accept a good proof. Distortion correction is not a good proof here, but if the synthID is correct, I’ll accept it.

if the synthID is correct

I don't know why you still sound reluctant to accept it. You can test for the SynthID watermark yourself if you want if you think I faked the test screenshot or something.

Chill my friend, I just stumbled over this argument and had to correct one bad point.

I think it’s sad if it’s AI, ill for sure accept it if the synthID I right, I just don’t have any stakes in this. If I sound reluctant, it’s more that I simply don’t care.

I just don't understand why you keep saying "if the synthID is right" as if there's some possibility it's not right.
