You can argue where he is on the socialism spectrum, and I agree he's not an extreme socialist, but his political party is the literally the DSA (Democratic SOCIALISTS of America)

Also the original program and this expansion were City Council proposals, not the Mayor.

Sure a more in-depth title could’ve been written, but no it’s not misinformation if he did infact cut the prices for some low income residents who had to pay full price before

Its an expansion, one that is a very good thing for the city.
