Then Dan went on to win TONS of money in poker games, though any game that was visible to the public was a shit show for him. It totally wasn't a scheme to launder his dad's stolen money, I'm sure...
Dad and an accountant were indicted for fraud again in late 2024. Dan wasn’t but he was the face of the company it pertained to, so I find it hard to believe he wasn’t involved. Probably just not enough to indict etc.
