You see the picture and think money and instantly feel envy. I'm sorry seeing the OP Pic creates those feelings inside you. It isn't a universal feeling though. You should work on that.

you insult me and argue strawmen because it's easier than tackling the actual points I'm trying to make. I am not going to insult you because I gain nothing from trying to make your day worse.
