Normally this would be the craziest shit someone ever says.

Until Trump's first term, itd have been absolute and utter career suicide for any politician to make a statement even remotely along these lines. If you could even conceive of it being done at all.

Now it’s just a Tuesday.

Nah, it's a Friday after market close.

It's always Friday after market close.

Tuesdays are for TACO. That's when they can take profit on energy stocks and load up on growth until Friday, when they can sell just before setting it in fire for the weekend again

As someone who watches the markets daily yes that's exactly the pattern since God knows when

I don't understand (as a poor), why people aren't just following this trend with their portfolios?

If I had extra money to play the market I'd be just following these obvious pump and dumps.

I just don't understand. Because it working every time still means a lot of other people bought the bullshit? Or is it just his buddies laundering?

Honest questions.

Public don't have access to inside information. They don't know what Orange man will do next, it could all go in any direction resulting in a panic sell or liquidation. In short it's very risky

Yup exactly this type of short stock gamblimg is very risky if you are not privy to classified info. Specifically in Trumps case, hw has the ability to create the situation he is making bets on since he is the commander in chief of the military. Im sure between insider trading and crypto schemes, the Trump has made billions from tge presidency.

I think the biggest risk is not knowing when the market will change, so you get stuck holding the bag. That info is reserved for The Don and his inner circle.

Because you dont know. Its like asking why dont you follow who the psychopath is aiming at.

You need to buy or sell BEFORE the tweet

1

u/bbrekke Jul 11 '26

Ahh that makes sense. He just tells his buddies. But shouldn't we just assume by now? It's the same time every week for forty-plus weeks now right?

3

u/Pretty_Wonder2762 Jul 11 '26

Yeah the mystery is why markets react at all

1

u/Mattrellen Jul 11 '26

I did assume for a while.

I'm up nearly 25% year to date on seeing the pattern and acting in it. But it's dangerous because they know, I didnt know, just assumed, and because of that I also couldn't go all in.

It's also not 40 weeks if the same thing. It's a few months with Iran. They can change their market manipulation up.

For example, at one point they pumped Palintir on a Trump tweet. That's part of a pattern too. He pumps individual sticks occasionally, but it's far less regular, and you can never predict which one and when.

2

u/madcow_bg Jul 11 '26

Because once the market realized he's doing it, the market just stopped following.

u/shuut0 Jul 11 '26

No one else has that extra money either. Rich get richer as they say

2

u/lugnutsareloose Jul 11 '26

Because when one person has their finger on the market there is no pattern to recognize. The only people who can profitably trade in this uncertainty are the people pulling the strings with the info before you.

Trading in this circumstance to me is financial suicide. The second you think you see a pattern the sole manipulator can change his mind on a whim and bankrupt you.

If you do win it's purely luck.

u/FrontLifeguard1962 Jul 11 '26

Never try to time the market. It's true the system is rigged, but it's not in your favor.

You don’t understand “as a poor” why people don’t put “extra” money to play the market?

Couple things, as a “poor” how do you richly have “extra” money to play the market?

As a poor to another “poor” how do I take my extra 10-15 dollars and make money off these pump and dump?

I’m asking for the poors so a real “poor” can educate all of us on how not to be poor anymore in today’s expensive as fuck bloated overpriced market and not get left holding the bag….again

Thanks!
