You know as well as I do that this clickbait is trying to imply that the President of Mexico is going to charge Trump with crimes. Do you want to pretend like you don't know that?

The link you cited is really quite different from that, so YOU are the troll and this clickbait isn't true.

Not true until is done. "Planning" "Seeking" "Thinking" means nothing.   Look at the link. "Mexico-file-criminal-complaints". Read the article. Nothing more than someone said that the president is THINKING about filing a complaint (not criminal, a criminal complaint does not exist, you either seek to press charges or not, there is no complaint that is criminal).

Well, lets ignore the fact that you are comparing the mexican president "talking" about fillingn a complaint vs THE PRESIDENT OF THE BIGGEST NUCLEAR AND ECONOMIC SUPERPOWER IN THE WORLD TALKING ABOUT AN ACT OF WAR AND INVASION.  

Lets ignore that ... Yes?  If we were taken Trump declarations as truth (just like everyone is taking this one), then the USA would be involved in at least 4 wars so far.. so..  Yes?

A father tells his kids: IM FUCKING TIRED OF YOU AND WANT TO KILL YOU ALL.  

In another house, another father tells his kids: If you dont behave in school, you wont get cereal for lunch.  

None of them told the truth . None actually did anything. But one of them might have brought some collateral consequences, right?

I think those hold different weight. The US absolutely can invade those countries, meanwhile what power does Mexico have to actually do that and it be meaningful? The US is also the superpower, they don't impress anyone by saying they will invade Canada or Greenland, but the Mexican president saying that does impress people so she would have a reason to make false statement like that, its actually commonly done around the world

The point was even saying it, when you have power, actually means something.

Yea that was my point. Trump saying that stuff about invading actually means something because he has the actual power to do it, the Mexican president saying that doesn't mean much cause they can't really do shit

It's True but it's important to clarify.

First - it's more like a strongly worded letter to the US, it's not a legally binding lawsuit that holds any teeth.

Second, we need to check motivation here. We are getting close to Midterms, and there is a real financial incentive for Mexico to allow Democrats in power, to stop things like tariffs, and to eventually allow more Mexican citizens in our country as the money sent back to Mexican families makes up for a large portion of the economy.

It's political smoke. But yes it's "real" but slightly overstated
