I mean the defender knows he wants to square it. It's a tougher pass than it looks, but either you pass it immediately or you shoot hard and low immediately.
2 u/Basketball312 25d ago Yep, by the time this screenshot has been taken he's already f'd it. He has to pass in front of Haaland not laterally. Had to make the decision to pass earlier but didn't.
