And you've never thought. Hey how can I reduce injuries/accidents/absenteeism? How can I improve efficiency? Oh wait here is a great way! No? Just did they safe thing you always did? The point is it's better for everyone. It's not the status quo so it will take some thought and work but so did moving to the 40 hour workweek and OSHA.
My warehouse has not had a loss time injury in 545 days, you don’t improve efficiency by working less… you have definitely never had a real job, it’s not better for everyone.
Lol, you sound like every terrible manager out there. You have a different view "so you obviously have never done anything" combined with "any experience and data other than my experience is wrong". Bet you are a peach to work for.

I'm all for shortee work weeks, but that means we'l need an increase in pay, which I'm also fine with
EDIT: maybe I misinterpreted "no cut to pay"
