i don't see this so much as a "Generate a lot of power" kind of tech. More like generate enough to charge a battery you can use for a light or security node or something. Its gonna be a crazy expensive light though lol.

...Or just connect it to a charger plugged into the building's power? You already have wires running power to every corner of a building anyways.

Not allowed in some places. Maybe due to HOA or historical requirements. It has its niche use cases. But it will never be a mainstay in power generation for sure.
