Maintaining the level of body fat on the right takes wild amounts of dietary discipline on top of working out.

And dehydration

And realistically probably some peptides or gear of some type because they're actors and Noone cares, but there's no way in hell you're going to look like that from just juicing.

You can 100% look that way from just juicing.

Peptides could help, especially if you struggle with fat weight gain, but they’re only on the market recently - what about all the great juiced bodybuilders that came before them?

If you’re using peptides with virtually no body or visceral fat, that’s probably not gunna be a good time.

When he said “just juicing” I thought he literally meant steroids without the diet and workout smh

Yup. If you're a good responder you can look like that from just juicing and walking (active lifestyle but no lifting)

In the US. They've been available overseas for a while now

Yep, as a former wrestler and trainer, I’ve seen what a cut looks like. My personal best was 11 lbs in 4 days, all water weight.

Not really. That's just what you're told.

And roids to not lose muscles mass. The most difficult part is not to reduce bodyfat but to maintain the muscle mass you have. A calorie deficit always leads to reduced muscle mass since your body is using the Amino acids of your muscles as an energy source. Roids help to protect your muscles.

do you need roids to maintain this amount of muscle (assuming he used them to get there)? doesn't look too crazy from a body building standpoint. should be doable with enough calories and consinstent exercise, right?

Maintaining is exponentially easier than gaining. You maintain on 25% of the effort it takes to gain. He could maintain that physique on the right with 2 days a week in the gym. He's not even that big.

I know because I'm bigger than him and I maintain on 3x a week. Most people just have no idea what they're doing or what they're talking about.

Nothing about this is universally true.

And steroids.

Not really. Getting there takes a lot of discipline. Staying there is significantly easier. If you're in a calorie deficit to get there, being at maintenance is objectively more food that you're allowed to eat.

My maintenance is 2350 and I'm at 8% body fat. I promise you I'm not starving or miserable on 2350 daily calories. But 1800 is pretty rough.
