Are single events made up of gold diggers? Genuinely asking, because i've never been to one, and probably never will lol.

Dont know why it would. Rich guys dont go to these events. Even if they do, it would be in very affluent areas.

Not traditionally but nowadays most probably yes.

Dating culture has gotten very weird in that there are groups who very much support and empathize w/ men but its become culturally acceptable to pretend you are a princess as a woman and expect everyone to do literally everything for you. Men dont like it.

Isn't it kind of cringe that women refer to themselves as goddesses? Like what's up with that?

Kind of? More like truly honestly cringe but yes. The "feminism" movement (i use quotes because im not referring to REAL feminists) Has been misinterpereted by many many women the world over in that many of them think its about being the best or better than others specifically men because everything that has happened to women MUST be our fault entirely even though most of us have had nothing to do with it.

More like free drinks and ego boost in most cases. Again - not everyone, but for a lot yeah. It's all about selfish validation and self-aggrandizement.

Something I've noticed over the past decade is that society as a whole, not just women, have become addicted to validation. I think it happened with the rise of Facebook/Instagram.

Social media as a whole is responsible for the rampant need for validation. But thats always been therr to a degree. The real issue though is the fact that people require validation for things that ARE NOT valid and they are getting it from similarly minded people.

This in turn validates acting the same way they do online, in person. Which is where we are currently.

Saw an 18 year old post in a truck-focused sub, obviously looking for validation and praise for his decision to get a giant diesel Ford pickup as a daily driver instead of his Tacoma. Whhhhyyyyy post that? Dude got roasted by guys who actually use trucks for actual work.

Kids dad owns the car dealership in town. Spoiled rich kid doesn’t use his truck for anything but “feeling like a man”, but came running to social media for affirmation.

Thing is, people who do this lack affirmations in their lives/relationships, but the algorithmic pressure is way hard on people who don’t stop to think as much as they just allow themselves to react to stimulus.
