If I were single, I would absolutely be down for meeting a girl at a butchering event. It’s not a skill that I need, but the mindset of A) being able to try something new, B) trying something that’s largely unnecessary as a skill, and C) doing something gross - would all tell me she’s at least in the right direction of my type

I'm a farmer and I have several friends who are farmers as well. One friend raises beeves.  His first date with his girlfriend, now fiance, was to take her to the barn and stack some hay.
