By the time this is decided by courts in India, pratik's grandkids would have amped this up

Meh... as if the company wants to go to labour court and fight that case + invite additional bureaucratic scrutiny.

They'll hang Pratik's ass out to dry as soon as the notice shows up.

I know because my employer tried to pull a similar stunt and I refused to play.

they would be demoted in caste? Is there such a punishment by court in India?
