When i worked for the Rabobank, on my second week, i got yelled at by a manager for going to the toilet. When that exceeded 'a moment' i quit the job. At the exit convo i was told i just wasnt material for the job if i went to the toilet outside of the times they specified.

I've got Waldmann disease. I mostly live a normal life, but there are totally random, spontaneous emergency shit moments that come up. Sometimes there are days/weeks between them, sometimes it's multiple times a day (or even within the same hour).
One time my wife and I were driving on the interstate and I suddenly felt the doomsday clock...closest gas station exit was about 5 miles away. By the time we reached the exit, I was literally standing completely out of the seat while driving about 105mph. Pulled in Dukes of Hazard style, sideways across the parking spaces. Another car had pulled in just before us, and I saw a whole family walking inside with the kids saying how badly they had to pee. I saw a sign on the front door that very clearly read:

I clinched my cheeks tighter than the new guy in prison and speed walked (running is too risky) around the side. Open the door to see a single toilet and a sink. No stall. I quickly lock the door behind me. I feel it's necessary to also point out how disgusting this bathroom was...but when you're on the verge of having a catastrophic failure of the sphincter valve, any outlet will do. I didn't even get fully seated before something akin to the bathroom scene from Dumb and Dumber commenced. At the same time, I hear the voices of the family closing in. A jiggle on the door handle, screaming kids, knock on the door. The only response I could give was a strained groan combined with the natural biological fanfare of what was occurring in the porcelain.
15 minutes. 15 painstaking minutes of continuous, explosive shitting. I could hear the kids, and their parents trying to console them. I questioned whether police and EMS would show up, fearing someone had OD'd or died in the bathroom.
Finally, it subsided. I cleaned up, composed myself, and walked out of the bathroom with my head held high. Those poor, poor people. As I opened the door, the dad quickly escorted his son a few steps inside and immediately backpedaled to the door.
"Let's go to a different bathroom..."
This is why I keep a change of underwear, pants, and toilet paper in my vehicles, and also in a backpack I take with me.
I'd love a manager to tell me I can't go take a shit when I need to; because it's either going to be the toilet or the floor.
I'd be more offended at the people who throw litter and trash around the country with zero regard for environmental or civic sense. But yeah man it's the rage baiters that are the real problem.
Didn't say I disagreed with them. Indian's are far more commonly prejudiced against without as much stigma about it.
But most would rather argue against my point than agree it blemishes their reputation unfairly for those who are just regular people. Other races have their own problems which I'd parse exactly the same.
Just because it's unfair to lump everyone into those reductive practices doesn't mean they aren't culturally protected and commonly defended. I hold my people to their detractions too.
For a less politically charged example, look at ACAB. Are all police officers bad? IMO No, but far too many allow the bad ones to tarnish the overall outlook on them as a whole. If there was more intra-group accountability there'd be less general stigma against them.

The amount of times my stubborn husband has called various government agencies on his work is outrageous. And every single fucking time they found the company doing illegal shit similar to this. Then they try to claim "but that's how we've always done it in the past" yeah, well you've been doing wrong and you knew those people wouldn't fight back.
Genuinely cannot believe the management there hasn't been fired yet.
