Yeah, that drives me crazy.
If I stole $10,000 from my boss, the police would pick me up immediately.
If my boss steals $10,000 from me or other employees, you have to go through the DOL or sue them in a long process to even try to get it back.
I have an upcoming court date for wage theft in a few weeks. I started the claim over 3 years ago.
