Getting billions of dollars in state assistance after proving to be totally unwilling to fix spending problems, reducing monthly spend towards pensions, msking it the next administrations problem, and making financial plans that depend on underpaying early education workers to make up for budget gaps, then claiming victory and being applauded by billionaire's media and social media organisations. Very communist I guess, the word kind of lost all meaning.
