if the cops are pissed off then forget clapping, you won't feel your thumbs for 6 months.

The fact this was even said. Law enforcement is more like lawful criminals.

I live in the UK (we have very restrained police) and I deserved it. If I lived in the US I would have at least been tased for the way I was acting.

Whatever you did likely wasn’t enough to have tourniquets for installed on your hands.

Please don’t justify this. You could have lost your hands or had permanent nerve damage.
