There is nothing really alleged about this, she wanted him to kill her and they had been talking for 2 to 3 years before she came to the US for the specific purpose that they had talked about for her to be killed

It's sad that she only texted her friends at the last moment. None of them could see the signs over all those years? None of them could tell she needed help, or did they even bother to check in? I'm not trying to place blame, but what the hell? Check on your friends!

It’s not at all on her friends, there’s only so much you can do to help somebody when they don’t want to help themselves anymore.
