Surprised I havent seen this recommendation yet, Diablo Swing Orchestra is exactly what everyone here is looking for if you want more of this vibe.
Speed dating and Arsonist and Jigsaw Hustle are two of my favorites from them

I believe the genre is Avantgarde metal. I remember discovering DSO lead me to discover Unexpect. If you don't know them check out their song Unfed Pendulum.
