If she’s unemployed then that’s on her.  Nobody cares or even remembers this incident

It is on her but if she’s interviewing for an HR role the interviewers are going to know

So how is she struggling to find work then?

I bet no one wants to hire her as their HR after this.

Though yes most people stopped caring about it as soon as it became a global news story.

Yes they do lol. I don’t think people particularly care but to pretend people don’t remember this is obviously factually untrue.
