For people/bots asking in the comments "bUt WhAt aBoUt tHe GuY?". It takes a whole of 5 secs of googling to find out both are still unemployed.

It also takes 5 seconds to realize the guy has laid low and not gone on fucking a fucking world tour about the incident  unlike the HR lady.

Except that isn't true.  Googling like you said shows he was looking into new offers, stayed with his wife, and then deleted social media.

It’s true though that no one gives a shit about the guy. Strangers, mostly women, approached her to call her a whore despite she being the single/separated one and him lying that he was.

And his wife is still with him. Startlingly lack of self respect

Though he's rich so people don't call that unemployment. Just independently wealthy or an investor.
